I replaced an identical BTU rating with this one. The unit came in a cice box and was in above average condition. It took me nearly 2 hours to assemble. The screws and bolts are all included and some were in dicey spots. I used my dewalt power driver. It has a ling extention that really helped get the screws in tight. A screwdriver would have taken forever. The instructions (once I read them carefully) made complete sense. Be patient and I'd think nearly anyone can assemble this. BTW the box is friggin heavy get help or used a hand truck before opening.
