The best travel guidebook series. We used this in Istanbul last month and it made sightseeing a breeze. Great walking tours and details. We always appreciate the restaurant and lodging suggestions.

Books are getting too expensive, Would have been nice to have a map included. Like the walking tours in Istanbul, used Ricks Portugal book in Porto & Lisbon. Looking forward to Turkey trip.

It’s very nice and well written .but it’ to be a tourist travel book.not a history book, And where are the pictures??? Only reason we travel is to take pictures .so would be nicer than 400 pages of black ink??
