Worked great for my MCAS
I have MCAS and histamine intolerance and these have been a tremendous help with my food tolerances. It definitely makes a difference in my digestion and histamine dumps. These are my go to brand for affordability and quality, especially since I take two with each meal. Have tried other brands to bad results, and others that did work were simply too expensive to keep buying.

This cured my allergies and roseacea
My neighbor started growing hay on his farm next to my house.. I became incredibly allergic to the hay. Soon after I became allergic to my cats, skin products and many foods. My mouth became irritated every time I ate along with severe roseacea and irritation in my nose, which also turned bright red. Nose sprays made things worse. Effective
It definitely works and increased my overall health by eliminating post meals headaches, nasal inflammation, itching and allows me to sleep through the night. My only complaint is that they’re difficult for me to swallow as this product always seems to “float” at the back of my tongue and gets stuck in my throat every single time.

Severe itching
This product caused severe itching about 40 minutes after I took it. It was like I was allergic to it. I can’t speak to the quality of the ingredients for this reason, but I do trust this brand. This was just not effective for me, and therefore not a good value for money. I also couldn’t find a way to contact the seller, but it does seem that I can return it.
