Absolutely bad experience! I received a defective watch. I purchased two of these watches to give as gift to my cousins. I traveled overseas and presented both of these watches to two of my cousin brothers. One of the watches does not work! At first I thought the battery is dead, so I took it to a shop to replace the battery. The technician told me that the dial knob is loose and it needs to be returned to the seller. I am overseas and will not return until March 3rd. I am extremely disappointed that one of the two watches is defective.
