I add a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of strawberry and add just enough water to eat it with a spoon (like pudding), spread over whole grain flat bread, cooked oatmeal or yogurt, whatever. **Q: I was wondering if this product isheavy metal free. I consume about 50 grams (sometimes more), and heavy metals can be found in most protien powders** A: Are you using this product more than once a day? I ask because your body cannot utilize more than around 22-25 grams of protein per serving, so if you're consuming 50 grams per serving you may want to cut back. Do you mix it with water, milk, juice? Wondering how it tastes. **Q: Is easy to claim purity and grass fed. But any one may know the truth if really it grass fed cows?** A: If your asking, from this poorly put together sentence, if that anyone knows if this product is really from grass fed cows then nobody is going to know for certain it's just a matter of trusting the manufacturer and their reputation, if they've been around long enough to have one.
