Worked great!
I tried this for the 1st time with my morning coffee and normal breakfast. I only took 10ml at 10am. It is 6:30pm and my appetite is still under control. For the 1st time that I can remember in a long time, the food noise and "hangry" feeling is gone. I have the mental stamina to work straight through my working day and beyond. I'm hooked. Admittedly, this is the 1st time I've ever tried MCT oil so I don't have anything to compare it to. I don't know if the effects wear off with long-term usage. However, i had no adverse stomach reaction and based on the product details, this is the best option given the purity (C8) and (3rd party) testing. The bottle was well packaged so there was no leakage during shipping. It has a clear color and light oil texture that was not noticeable in my coffee but I used a zero sugar coconut creme liquid creamer. The flavor could have just been very complementary. Given the size of the bottle, this will last me a little over a month so it's a good value for the money. It does not have a smell either.

This is a great product
This actually assists in weight loss..... Pleasant taste, easy to add to any meal and is great energy in place of a sugary carbohydrate snack.

MCT C8 & C10 only!!
Was using MCT from NOW, but wasn't happy with results. Sports Research Organic is predominately C8 with the rest C10 - both are the types of MCT my body needed. I use 2-3 T/daily. Happy with the results! Using it to remain in ketosis.

One of the better organic 100% C8 oils out there
Pros: -Price is a bit lower than its direct competitors (100% C8, organic) -No taste, great in coffee -No stomach upset as long as one starts out with 1 tsp and works up slowly Cons: -Plastic bottle (is it REALLY food safe??) -Awkward to dispense straight from bottle (needed to transfer to glass bottle with pour spout) -only available in 16 oz bottle (why?) -no overnight or 2 day shipping -no subscribe and save available anymore

best I have had, and solidifies in refridge, good sign
This is very potent start with a quarter teaspoon work you way up, it totally solidified when I put it in refrigerator to see it it was real. most olive oil brands that say virgin and stuff that get their sources from other places do not pass this test, robust did NOT pass. Be careful also on your mct 3rd party tested is best but I am happy here with this product.

Sealed and good food storage packaging.
No leaking on mine. Super nice aluminum/paper safety seal and the cap has a self closing rubber type seal that squirts the oil out when squeezing the bottle. Great for storage but surprised me a bit when I squeezed and oil squirted. But now I can use it correctly.

It's all good, but the squirt-cap doesn't work, so take it off & pour.
