I picked this up to add Apple CarPlay to an older vehicle that doesn’t have a modern infotainment system, and it works surprisingly well for the price. Setup was quick. You basically mount the screen, plug it into the cigarette lighter, connect your phone once with Bluetooth and WiFi, and after that it reconnects automatically when you start the car. Wireless CarPlay works great for navigation, music, and calls. I’ve been using it with Waze and Apple Maps and the experience is very similar to what you get in newer factory systems. Voice control through Siri also works well so you can keep your hands on the wheel. The mirror link feature is also a nice bonus. Being able to mirror your phone for things like videos or other apps on the larger screen is handy, especially on longer trips. Audio options are flexible too. You can send sound through Bluetooth, FM, AUX, or the built-in speaker depending on what your car supports. Installation is probably the biggest win here. Since it’s a portable unit, you don’t have to tear apart your dash or replace the factory radio. It literally takes a few minutes and works in pretty much any vehicle. The only minor downside is that the screen could be a bit brighter in direct sunlight, but it’s still usable and honestly expected at this price point. Overall, it’s a really simple and affordable way to add CarPlay or Android Auto to an older car without doing a full stereo upgrade. Highly recommended if you want modern features in an older vehicle.

Easy to install and works great with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The 7” screen is clear and responsive, and Bluetooth connects quickly. Great visibility! Backup camera and mirror link are nice bonuses. A great upgrade for any car without built-in CarPlay!

I have this installed on my Jeep Wrangler base model with a regular stereo. I tucked the wires behind the console (removing console was easy) and have the wires neatly tucked away. I'm using the AUX option and the sound is decent. Not the loudest or clearest, but pretty dang decent for the price I paid for this. The picture is good - not the best, but again... for the price, it's pretty good. Sometimes I won't get any audio connection and I have to do a "reset" on the unit, but it's quick and easy and I get sound back. Another glitch I found is if I go into reverse and the backup camera activates before my phone connects, I have to restart/unplug and plug the unit's power for it to connect or I get the forever circle of death. Otherwise, it's been operating fairly well for how reasonably priced this unit is and does the job well - delivering GPS and music on a bigger screen - opposed to always depending on my phone.

I bought this car screen and back up camera to put in my jeep wrangler because I was backing into things due to not being able to see properly. This product comes with the screen, power source, 2 mounting options, the back up camera, all the wires needed to install the back up camera, and an audio cord. The install was fairly simple and it was easy to run the wires through my car out the back and mounting thr camera was easy also. This carplay screen works with both iphones and androids.This product is fairly easy to use and has the ability to connect to your phone with Bluetooth and it also has the ability to connect to your car if you have a new enough model. There are some apps pre downloaded onto the screen such as : Google maps, waze app, Spotify, Amazon music, messenger, messages, and others. This screen has the capability to mirror with your phone to play it on the screen. The screen has a power source that that plugs into the cigarette lighter which is nice so there isn't an issue with battery life or power source. I really think that the price for this product is very fair and I think its honestly cheap for what you get so im happy with spending the money for this product. The back up camera is awesome and it helps me hugely with backing up which is nice. Im very happy with my purchase.

Excellent screen, connects to my radio perfectly, the GPS is accurate and I can watch movies without any problems using apps I can download.

My car is a 2010 Honda and this unit provided a simple way to add Apple CarPlay without replacing the original head unit or rewiring the dashboard. That makes it a practical, non-invasive upgrade. I also like that it operates independently, avoiding the subscription-based features that sometimes come with newer built-in infotainment systems. This CarPlay unit comes as a complete kit, including the display, mounting hardware, power connections, and both front and rear cameras. Setup was straightforward and didn’t require modifying my factory stereo. The system booted quickly and connected reliably, making the initial installation process smooth. The display is bright with good resolution, strong contrast, and wide viewing angles, so it remains easy to read even in direct sunlight. Touch response is accurate and responsive, and the interface is clean and intuitive. Having both a front-facing and rear-facing camera adds extra functionality for recording and parking assistance, which is a nice bonus at this price point. I like that it comes with an adjustable mount, and was able to mount i right above the radio. Its blocking the radio display, but since i will be using this, ther is no need to play with the radio. In my opinion, this unit offers excellent value. The solid display quality, dual-camera setup, and easy installation make it a smart and user-friendly upgrade for older cars.

Connecting is a hot mess but once you get it configured it reconnects each time. Still cannot get mirroring to work. Carplay works great and if you have alexa, she will need to connect to carplay to retain functionality. Havent tried the sdcard or camera yet. Would be 5 stars if it had auto-dimming as the screen is OBNOXIOUSLY BRIGHT AT NIGHT. also will get reflections on your windshield if you mount there which is annoying also. Otherwise Im still happy with it. No more tiny cellphone gps screen.

The screen is smaller than it looks.. i returned it. I didnt install it,
