**Q: I bought the smaller grill, but the book says nothing about automatic shut off.  that was one of the reasons i bought it.  no timer either. plse reply**
A: I know nothing of the smaller griller.. However, this grill most definitely shuts off automatically after the timer has gone off. I turn mine on, set the heat, let it heat up, throw my sandwiches on and then set my timer. I’ve personally had no issues
