Q: Have a bottle of klasse that is extremely watery and has white film in it. Why is my product like this? It evaporates as soon as it touched the pain.

This product is an acrylic which is white and watery. 3 or 4 cap fulls should do a small car. Spray a microfiber with 1 shot of detail spray, 3 dots of product the size of a dime, apply o panel and then immediately wipe off with microfiber, then polish with another microfiber, this will reduce streaking. Apply second coat next day and then a high carnuba content wax if desiring more depth to shine.

Q: what's the melting point for this acrylic?

Will probably not hold up on the suns surface or orbital re-entry, but should suffice for most terrestrial uses. Can google "melting point of acrylic" for more info, or send to lab for molecular breakdown of specific formulation to get it more specific. Where do these questions come from? I suggest skipping the coating on Cookware and or your Grill!

Q: Does this work for protecting headlights?

Yes it actually works very well. If you need to clean them up first just use a polishing toothpast of a fast spinning obital, then follow up with a finishing polish then Klasse
