You only need a tiny amount of this so this bottle lasts me months. I’d suggest going in twice with a small amount to get the full potential from the shampoo and cleanse all oil off your scalp that can weigh your hair down. It also doesn’t dry out my hair like a lot of other volumising shampoos so I don’t have to worry about hair breakage. If you’ve got hair like me, I’d avoid it on days you’re just planning to let your hair air dry as you will look like a mad scientist.
