Review: Great product - but flimsy packaging can split open. - Package is very flimsy. First package did not arrive due to some problem during transit. Second package arrived a day late and packaging arrived split open on delivery but fortunately all parts were there. Delivery guy was great, on time (for the second attempt) and friendly too. Product itself works well and I’d definitely recommend. It’s very practical to hold and to lift, good sharp cutter. Easy to assemble and use.
Review: Nice pruner with small issues - Basically, a good tree pruner which seems to be fairly good quality However, it is let down slightly by the quality of it fittings the nuts and bolts which leaves some to be desired as they don’t tighten up properly Once I had fitted some decent nuts and bolts of my own I successfully stop the head from coming loose on the shaft

Package is very flimsy. First package did not arrive due to some problem during transit. Second package arrived a day late and packaging arrived split open on delivery but fortunately all parts were there. Delivery guy was great, on time (for the second attempt) and friendly too. Product itself works well and I’d definitely recommend. It’s very practical to hold and to lift, good sharp cutter. Easy to assemble and use.
