Faraday Tape Double Conductive Cloth Tape, with Conductive Adhesive for, Grounding, EMI Shielding, Wire Harness, Cable Interference Blocking (2in x 59 Feet)

Works great with faraday fabric to line a box for creation of faraday cage for electronic devices. I expect it works but won’t know unless shtf. Better than paying $100’s for manufactured ones. Note: you should also buy faraday fabric sheeting to go with this.

I was getting some really bad RF interference in my studio monitors in a new neighborhood. I had tried everything and finally determined the noise wasn’t in the power, it was in the air. So rather than turning my whole recording studio into a faraday cage, I decided to treat the few pieces of gear that were affected. I lined the inside of my Yamaha HS8s with this tape, made sure it touched the speakers chassis somehow, and it did wonders. No more random noise in my speakers! Highly recommend if you’re having a similar issue.

I wrapped this around my amp power cable and I have zero engine noise!

My use was for shielding some knock sensor harnesses I purpose built and works great, easy to bond to itself and to a ground wire. Resistance very low. Have some other ideas to use it, basically no complaints

the material is a good quality, but it is not very sticky.
