When cutting, it frays in such a way that it only does because of how much it had to cut through. This paracord will definitely do it's job. It also does not catch on fire, but does melt at the ends in such a perfect manner. After using this I've noticed how cheap my other paracord was. Will definitely recommend and buy again. (Tip for using paracord to wrap - it has to be extremely tight, burning the edges help but use a para needle to thread under the last strand then burn end.
