Great gift
This was a great gift for a birthday party we went to last week. As soon as it was open the joy on the little kids face was priceless. I even got a message from his mom to tell me how much he has been enjoying it. He just turn 9 and this toy was a total hit

I got this for my five year old son. He seems to operate it just fine. He can build it very easily and it helps him use his hands and his mind while learning I would say it’s definitely fun for the kids and it keeps him very busy. Fun for my son

Terrible product for kids
STEM toy for kids? More like you need an adult with STEM degree to build this. This toy is way too difficult for 6-10 yrs old. The instructions are unclear and convoluted. Also, you can't really transform the robot from one model to another. You choose which model you want to build and that's what you gonna stick with. The parts are snap-fit tightly and once they're fit it's almost impossible to take them apart to build another robot. This is not a LEGO kit. There is no creativity to be had. You must strictly follow the building instructions. This is more like a Gunpla. Except the pieces come in bags instead of runners and all the pieces are jumbled together, making it hard to locate the right parts when following instructions. Oh, good luck following the instructions if the ambient light in your house is not pure white, as some parts are color-coded and it's almost impossible to see the color under cool or warm ambient light.Stay away from this toy.

Unopened Box
I searched LEGO, so returned item without opening box. It looked like it would have been a really great toy as long as quality is there. It was a gift for my nephew and I think he would have enjoyed it, but he saw his little sister got boxing gloves and he needed a pair too.
