My daughter loves this playhouse, and the quality and beautiful design make it a charming addition to our yard rather than an eyesore. The attention to detail is fantastic, and the wood smells amazing! The paint finish is not only vibrant but also seems extremely durable, it should stand up well to the elements. This playhouse has quickly become a favorite spot for my daughter, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, stylish playhouse! Pro tip for assembly: A power drill is suggested, but they do provide a high-quality bit that helps prevent over-tightening the fasteners. Organize the fasteners and pieces prior to assembly. The instructions are very thorough, listing the part number for every fastener, which is incredibly helpful. I would suggest keeping the screws in their original packaging so you can easily reference the part numbers.

Awesome instructions, very easy assembly. Looks good and seems to be sturdy. Time will tell as far as how long it will last.

Bought this for my 3 year old son’s birthday. He absolutely loves it!!!! It was fairly easy to put together. I think it took my husband like an hour by himself. I love the modern design and the colors are perfect. We did add an address number “3” and a spot to put a little flag on the outside. Highly recommend!!!

This play house is beautiful! My husband was able to put it together in a few hours on his own. Instructions were easy and thorough, detailing what pieces and hardware were needed and when. All wood pieces were easily labeled and holes were pre-drilled. Our daughter already loves the house and requests to play as soon as she sees it on our drive home. The house is a good quality and I believe it will do well in the cold winters and hot summers because of this. We look forward to using it more in the years to come!

Top 3 best things about this playhouse: 1. The smell! The natural real wood smells amazing and makes it a pleasant place to play. 2. Easy to assemble! The instructions were clear, extra screws in case some are lost in the process, and with a power drill it can be assembled in 3-4 hours. Maybe even less! 3. The details! The chalkboard provides plenty of chances for creativity, the mailbox, play stovetop and sink, big window space and counter area, and the planter box to top it all off. So many fun details to make it extra homey. Honorable mentions: simple rustic design of the wood paired with the black is so pretty and makes me want to redesign my own home. Many hours of playing house with my daughters are in my future and I can’t wait☺️

My kids absolutely love this playhouse. We set it up inside so they could get the most use out of it during the winter months, and it's the first place they go every day after school. My youngest son even likes to eat in it! It is sturdy and has fun features like the planter boxes and mailbox that make it more entertaining than some other playhouses we've played in before. I would absolutely recommend this product!

Came well packaged in one box. All pieces are clearly stamped for directions. Booklet of directions is around 48 pages but every page is well illustrated and parts all listed and numbered per page. This took me alone about 1.5 hours to build. All screws are well labeled as well. Overall very satisfied with product and the granddaughter loves it as well!
