We filled it with old clothes, and even with that simple filling, it ended up surprisingly heavy and solid. It can definitely take a beating — perfect for practicing throws, submissions, and general groundwork without worrying about durability. The only improvement I’d suggest is adding a reinforced strap or eyelet so it could double as a hanging heavy bag. That would make it even more versatile for striking practice. Overall, though, it’s well-built, holds up to rough training, and does exactly what we bought it for.
