I love this thing... The power it provides when i struggle getting up hills is awesome... On level ground, it is really fast without pedaling but battery doesn't last long with my weight when only using motor. it is a huge bike and is heavy so don't get it if you are a smaller weaker stature. I push the limits of this bike with my height and weight so if you are bigger than me. I suggest holding out until you lose some weight.I would strongly recommend getting this however, before taking it out the first time, make sure all the nuts, bolts screws and chain are all tight and working properly. A couple bolts were loose and i think that is what causes some issues for some of the other reviewers.

got the bike for my 13 yr old as a Christmas gift. the back tire fell off while he was riding and caused him to crash. he was fine but the back wheel is where the motor is located and when i put it back together and re plugged everything so he could ride again the motor no longer works all we get is an error code E7. i reached out to get this fixed and they only offered to replace the gear shifter that was also damaged but has nothing to do with the electric motor. despite numerous emails to them asking about fixing the real issue they never even acknowledged the issue. don't waste your money most other companies actually take care of customers but not this one.

Edit: Well, the odometer now reads 30miles ridden, and this bike has given me a lot of problems. The crank arm on the pedal came loose from the bottom braket (this is a part that came pre-assembled, so dont blame user error) and the crank arm on the pedal became deformed from not being tightened down enough. I reached out for support, and the team made me upload a YouTube video of the issue. Okay done, they then told me to have a shop repair it and they would reimburse me, but then shortly after that they stopped replying to my emails.. I replaced the bottom bracket and crank arm myself and now the front derailleur is rubbing the chain, I don't think it was doing that before? But honestly, I'm just going to replace that too. It's unfortunate so many of the parts seem very cheap, because the bike is a blast to ride. I'll leave the original review below, but don't expect much help from support, and expect to run into issues after only a couple rides around the neighborhood.ORIGINAL TEXT:This is the second E-bike my house has bought so I have a bit for comparison. I am 6' tall and 200+lbs, and this bike is a good size for me, my wife is only 5'2" and this bike is about 5inches too tall for her. And since it doesn't have a step through bar, you really need to be tall to use it.Pros:Very sturdy and well put togetherVery fast, motor produces a good amount of power26" tires and balance feel greatStruts make pot holes and cracks in the pavement much more forgivingCons:The seat is quite uncomfortable (I am planning to look into an aftermarket option)It's hard to take the battery out, the whole bike has to be folded and it would be easy to pinch a finger.The handle bars don't raise, so you will be stuck bending over during the whole bike ride (bad for back problems)I will update the review if I run into problems; but so far I am satisfied and would recommend it!

When the bike accelerates the screen indicates an error. It is necessary to frequently charge the battery. It is pretty. It is not heavy.

The bike is very good! The pedals, Not So Much (recommend none folding pedals), bike does not top out at 32 it goes 30.1 mph. Was damaged in transit, found someone (now a good friend), to help me fix it. The fork (front end where the wheel goes), was bent. It was replaced. Now it works beautifully!! Well worth the money! Just an FYI. Folded up it weights 71lbs. When fully extended 100+ it will be difficult bring it up stairs if you live in an upstairs apartment.

Bracket holding shifter on broke while taking bike on test ride. Also noticed a crack on a bolt after shifter fell off and wheel became loose. Poor quality and seller not returning messages after initial attempt.

Really basic ebike. Fast, easy assembly…might be a challenge to get front wheel on. It’s much bigger than I thought! I’m 6’4” 200lbs even at the mid bike seat height it’s too high for me, my feet can’t touch the ground and almost fell off stopping.I’ve previously had a pexmor ebike I’ve had only one issue and it was the tires. The tires would always go flat till I slimed tires. I suggest a self pre bike tire sealant or if you capable, change self sealing inner tube. And definitely a torque arm front and back.

The battery would not take a charge and it killed the charger. Customer service (after about a week) keeps asking for the same thing over and over: order number, make a video and post on YouTube.This company sucks. Don't buy.
