Chaco Canyon history and archeology in a nutshell
Nice o review of Chaco Canyon. I bought it to read up on the site before I visit this fall. A bit dated, but very informative. Worth buying it. The book includes a chapter on the Navaho, who still live in the region. They are often neglected in these archeological treatises.

Great Chaco Resource.
While the book is dated in the 1980s..it has valuable maps and pictures and vital descriptions of the ruins in Chaco. Definitely a good purchase for your trip to Chaco or wanting to learn more about this mystical place.

New Light on Chaco Canyon
This book has been put together and edited by one person. It is written by a number of authors. Each author writes about a different topic. There are also different views about the same topic. Book goes through some of the changes of the canyon and its peoples. Also, the purpose of this particular site. Very Interesting.
