All things are made from dead Chinese horses these days

Q: Is there a warranty for this? Mine has stopped working

You have to unscrew the top cap and put more glue in the bottle, in my experience it works much better this way.

Q: Do the bottles come with the cap lanyard?

Yes, they come with the cap lanyard.

Q: Does any else have trouble with glue leaking from the large cap when you are trying to squeeze the glue out?

I use one in my workshop and never had a problem. If the seal is damaged or the cap is cross threaded it could create a leak.
