All WiFi devices remained connected post update, resumed full operational functionality, with all three WiFi standards for WiFi 5, 6, and 7 returning to full stable operation. The 2.4Ghz, 5Ghz, and 6Ghz radios support all devices simultaneously without issue. The RS600 has been perfectly stable and running 24/7 since installation, well over a month of seamless operation at exceptional speed and bandwidth. Title: A worthy upgrade Description: After several years our r7800 router finally needed to be replaced. The recommended replacement was the rs600 and I can't say enough positive things about it. The Wi-Fi coverage area is excellent and we've had no difficulty having all of our TVs connect by Wi-Fi and stream. No dead spots in our house. The 10 gig port handles our internet speed without difficulty. Setup was fast and easy and we were online within minutes of getting it out of the box. Highly recommend

Returning the Netgear RS600 WiFi 7 router due to poor WAN/LAN performance. Also all 2.4G devices disconnect after being up for 4 days. After upgrading to a regional fiber internet streaming service, my 8 year old Netgear R9000 router was getting ~ 550 Mbps both upload and download speeds. So decided to upgrade the router with a RS600 to support the newer phones, computers, along with the larger coverage area. WiFi coverage is great but the upload and download speeds aren’t. With all the defaults turned on download was in the 200 to 250 Mbps range and uploads were averaging around 20 Mbps (or around 5% of my 8 year old NG router). More importantly devices, especially the TV boxes, were starting to have significant issues. The RS600 default settings resulted in download speed in the 200 to 250 Mbps range and uploads were averaging around 20 Mbps (or around 5% of the old router). More importantly devices, especially the TV boxes, were having issues. Turning off all options except NAT filtering. This included Armor, Protection Engine, and the Port scanning. Performance improved but only to 450 Mbps download and 22 Mbps upload. All tests using Ookla’s Speedtest but also confirmed using other testing sites. New cables were used included Netgear’s provided cable. Factory reset has also been tried. Digging into the online postings, this upload problem appears to have been going on for some time and not fixed in the latest firmware update. And applies to more than the RS600 router. This performance problem appears to be mostly relevant to the home fiber optical systems. Older coax cable systems normally have their upload speeds throttled back to conserve bandwidth. So would have given it a 2 for poor performance but dropped it to a 1 for disconnecting all the 2.4G devices. Both problems are documented in other online forums and I don’t need a poor performing router.

Title: Netgear Nighthawk BE1800 is Outstanding Description: I just updated to 2 gig fiber optics. I have always used Netgear Nighthawk brand. The BE1800 supports up to 10 gig and did not disappoint. All of my wifi equipment responded immediately and improved especially my 4k television. Our colors became more vibrant and vivid. Great purchase and an Outstanding Router.
