Could have been better.
Good pointsEasy to assemble if you have your own spanners. The ones that come with it don't really let you tighten enough. It looks nice but that's my opinion. Its quiet too so you can hear the TV as you work out.Bad pointsThe display looks cheap and not very informative. Only showing 1 thing at a time with slow refresh rate. There are no handlebars so it's not a bike. Let's be honest this is a cross trainer with a seat. But if you do sit down, you need to be stretch arm strong to reach the handles...and they can't be moved closer, only adjusted up and down. Same with the seat. At 5,7 this is really annoying. If the the static handles could be moved forward or there was an attachment for handle bars this would get 4 stars. It also wobbles side to side a lot and the handles wobble, even fully tightened.

Could have done without the fall, thanks!
Purchased this with the hope of doing some light exercise at home.It arrived safely, all pieces provided. Managed to build it up over a couple of hours and left it til the next day as it was pretty late. Got on the next day - everything tight, everything working, no problem. Used the trainer for all of about fifteen minutes and pushed the right handle forward for it to literally come off in my hand. It threw me off balance and I ended up falling off the machine. After reattaching the handle, I decided to test it again, this time sitting on the seat and gripping the handles with my hands again. The knob holding in the right handle was slowly coming undone while in use in front of my eyes and needed to be re-tightened constantly, which created a constant worry that it would come off. It ruined the experience.Shame.

Don’t be tempted by the cheap price!
I purchased this as a budget trainer and unfortunately this wasn’t as good as ones I have had in the past at around the same price. After assembly and making sure everything was in place tightly it still felt very weak and flimsy. (So I would not recommend for a medium to hard workout)The resistance initially isn’t very high upon set up and I later found out that it can indeed be adjusted but this doesn’t change the rest of the issues which is down to cheap production rather than ‘faulty’ parts.Unlucky for me the returns was up by a couple of weeks so I’m now having a right game with the Marketplace seller trying to get this sent back.Overall the price is tempting to give it a try but I would not recommend. It’s worth paying the extra money for a stronger and more high quality machine if you are after a decent work out.

Good budget cross trainer
Good budget cross trainer.Easy to change the resistance - a quick dial for quick changes or you can change the resistance on the wheelA seat if you want to sit down and peddle a bit like a bikeEasy to use settings to see how long you have been going for/distance/Fairly sturdy as long as you retighten nutsBatteries included for the screenWheels for movingNegativesQuite heavy and not the easiest to build as the instructions aren't the easier. I successfully built it on my ownNot the longest strideQuite noisyScrews need re-tightening which is not idealWorth the money if you want a cheap way to exercise - i would definitely recommend

Ok for price for the product
Only 3 stars given there's a gap in the handle bars that attach to the main bar. Was missing a left foot pedal and a screw when put together. So had to phone company soon sent the replacements. Have properly used the item today. The moving handle bars seem rather forward for when you want to use the bike. But for running was ok so overall it's a ok product for the price also got a guarantee on it aswell which might come in useful in the future. So happy training

Excellent value for money!
Ordered late Thursday and it arrived early Saturday! Was slightly confused at first with instructions on putting it together but very easy once I had worked them out! Machine does rock slightly when being used but it's not a problem. Quiet enough to watch TV as I'm using it. Computer was broken but XS Sports sent me a new one immediately! For less than £100, you couldn't buy a better cross trainer!

It's not the best but I mean it's ok
I think the confusion was just on my sude because from the 2 in 1 I thought there must be another excercise type such as a replacable cycle. The tension in it is not the best I must point out. I raised it to the highest but it never felt like I was doing something that would make a difference no matter the time it took. It always felt loose somehow. Especially the handles. I should also point out that it also makes alot of noise so it's not best to watch TV with it. Also, if buying, do not place in the living room near the TV as maybe you wanna cycle but someone else wanna watch the TV and they don't wanna hear the noise of the cycle over the noise of the TV so you just can't excersice which helps your brain make more and more excuses.But... if that doesn't matter to you then I may recommend it.
