The bypass loppers are simple to use once you are familiar with the two cutting methods. It still requires a bit of strength if you have the tool fully extended and you are stretching to reach the cut point. It is well constructed and should last a good number of years if looked after. Would recommend for reach and quality of construction.

Excellent tool. Did exactly the job I needed it to do, and as Wolf described. So easy to use compared to old loppers & cutters, much faster and no need to use ladders or steps. Trimmed 3 trees in a day. Very good quality & made to a high standard. Not cheap but I would recommend to anyone .

Probably my favourite garden tool as it is so effective and with lots of great features. I especially like the 'boost' feature when you think that a branch has beaten you and suddenly get that extra power. So much more sturdy than ones that use rope/string, this is the best buy of the many I studied. Angled head is really useful for tricky branches and even as a shorter than average person I can extend it to reach pretty high up. Not lightweight (though probably fine for men) it's nevertheless worth every penny.

This bypass lopper is a rigid metal extendable pruner. It can be operated by using the power cut both when fully closed or partly extended or the pull cord cut at any length i.e. even when fully extended. Because it is so rigid it is easy to manoeuver through the tree to the branch you want to cut and the adjustable cutting head allows for cutting at any angle if necessary.

This is a great piece of kit. It cuts through branches as large as stated in the description but you do need to supply a reasonable amount of force to do so. Smaller branches are very easy. The pole is also manageable at full extension and I also used it whilst on a set of ladders. Very well built and I'm hoping it will last a good few years.

I purchased these July 2017 and they have been amazing......until now :( They have broken while I was pruning our beloved Magnolia tree. I’m devastated! For the price I would have hoped they lasted longer than a couple of years and they have been very useful. Can anyone please advise on the guarantee / how I contact the seller? Many Thanks

Such a pleasure to use. No need to use a hard grip because you pull down on the handle to cut the branches. Only drawback is that it doesn’t come over branches the way traditional loppers work. So I’ve had to change my technique.

Ich habe mir das Gerät gekauft, um meine Obstbäume besser zurechtschneiden zu können. man kommt sehr gut an die äußeren Spitzen/Höhe ohne allzuviel Kraft aufwenden zu müssen. Einfache, unkomplizierte Handhabung. Kann ich gut weiterempfehlen.
