Seems to be working for me
I have been taking it on an empty stomach without any issues because on reading up I learnt it is best absorbed in this manner, and I get the feeling my skin health has improved. In fact, I had a small wart on my right cheek and after just about 2 weeks of this, the wart fell off. This zinc is supposed to be friendly on the stomach and absorbed well. It definitely seems to be a value for money purchase. Of course these are all my personal opinions and observations, and everybody must do their own research.

Small Dosage works better.
I bought it for the low dosage. Anyone who is taking zinc should consume a small dosage 2 times a day. 15mg 2 times a day to make it absorb and work better.

Works fine
Product is decent. The bottle, however, was impossible to open. I had to cut the neck off, and transfer the capsules to another empty bottle.
