Very comfortable shoes to use in kickboxing. I am a size 10 shoe and the size 10 fits my feet perfectly. Good ability to move in and have decent grip.

These do stretch with use so you may want to get a size smaller.

Excellent fit and the inner sole can be taken out to fit shoe inserts for bio-mechanical corrections and keep you fighting!

Too loose for my slim female feet. Only one lace to tighten which isn’t enough.

I ordered these in a size 8 and found that the left shoe has more give in it than the right which is bizarre.
