Seems fine but the pins on the 7 pin are at 90 degrees to those on my tailgate bike rack, so it is a bit less secure. I guess it may be intended to adapt a 13 pin to plug for a 7 pin car socket. I needed to plug a 7 pin bike rack into a 13 pin car.

Excellent bit of kit
Fits perfectly. Feels like a solid bit of equipment. Not used it for very long but think it should last a good while.

A great quality adapter. It fits snug so no worries concerning loose or lost connection. Price point was good too.

Works but the fit on my connection was tricky
I got it to work connecting a Thule bike rack on the ball. The connector sits between a recent model bmw x3 and the Thule bike rack. I had to wiggle it around and find an angle to get all working
