Can i purchase extra links for this watch?

Not sure..I suppose I'd just order an extra watch to cannibalize links from.

How do you reset the seconds when I hit the second button it does nothing?

Hold both buttons down then when it starts flashing hit them again and then adjust the seconds

So this watch only displays time in a 12hr format not a 24hr ?? Why do I see 22 55 wouldn't that be 10:55?

You can set the 12/24hr format, You do it at in time setting mode. You just keep clicking through the hour and it goes past am/pm to military.

The link does not come off?

The link(s) do come off. There was a tool enclosed with the watch. It pushes the pun out to remove the link. You should have instructions included in the box. I hope this helps you
