Yeah, 4 size AA batteries, I recommend rechargeable batteries. I recommend grabbing a 4 pack from Pale Blue Earth. They last 1000+ recharge cycles and maintain they're advertised voltage for the duration of the charge.

There is no reticle. I'd say probably generation 0.5. It feels like I'm looking through a T-64's gunner sight at night but it is usable.

It's a real functional scope, range is fairly short, but it does work.

My favorite youtuber coop772 answered this for all nerf vs rival attachments. Nerf attachments will fit rival but not securely and rival attachments wont fit nerf guns at all.
