So, I charged it via power cable when I first received it and used it to charge my phone to ensure that it worked.Well, it did work that much (which is why it has 2 stars), but after I drained the battery to about 10%, I left it out in the sun the whole day and noticed it didn't charge. So, I left it out the second day, this time making sure it was in DIRECT sunlight on a sunny, hot, 90 degree day, and still, the battery stayed at the same dot.This may help supplement during charging, but I could not tell if that was working. It certainly did not do what I WANTED it to do, and it is not made clear in the description, but the sun will NOT CHARGE THIS BATTERY. I will be returning it shortly after posting this review.Do NOT buy this if you want the sun to recharge the battery pack, because it didn't work for me. ### ⭐ Do NOT buy this product. *by R***Y on Reviewed in the United States on December 30, 2018* I bought this to recharge my phone when I’m working outside.
