It looks nice with lots of attachments. However, very poorly made. It is so LOUD there's no way to relax and enjoy it. It easily over heats and shuts off. I end up tossing it in the trash. I don't recommend this massager. I would recommend choosing a different product.

It still works and it still heats up it gets a lil loud when on the highest setting...overall it does what it's designed to do

Good sturdy comfortable design but NOT hot enough for me - I measured max heat setting at 91-92F.

I must be new here because I had no idea that some items could not be returned. I thought I'd give this unit a try because it's very inexpensive. I was shocked at how noisy this unit is when turned on. It vibrates but at a very high frequency that is only felt at the surface of the skin, effectively useless for trying to get into muscles. The heat function is more of a gimmick since they must know how useless the vibration mode would be. I'm extremely dissatisfied and will be throwing this unit in the garbage after submitting this review since Amazon won't take it back for any reason, even if I select the fact it's defective. I don't know if it's supposed to be this loud or not but it seems ridiculous anyone would try and sell a product if this is how it's supposed to function.

Heat is barely there, should not have even made it a feature because it’s useless. The massage power is only low and medium if you need it for sore major muscles. What does work extremely well is the scalp massage attachment. It feels amazing and even feels good on the face/beard. If this were advertised as a scalp, neck, and face massager, it would be rated 5 stars.

... for which, I'll also stress the "vibratory" part. I was looking for the kind of massager they use at the barber shop, but quickly decided that I didn't want to spend a fortune and/or wear the apparatus like a superhero plasma canon. This covers everything, from heat to vibration to gentle attachment massage; it's a great first step if you're hooked on what you've been getting in the chair.

I originally bought this for my aging Golden Retriever's arthritic hip joints. He likes it and it seems to loosen up his hip joints making it easier for him to go on our four daily walks. My wife found out about this purchase and has now used this massager on her shoulder and reports it has relieved a nagging pain. It looks like at least a two win result and may turn out to be a three win result when I try it on my lower back or when I come up with a sore shoulder like my wife.

Does what we need. The best setting is the high setting and it heats fast. I can't recommend if you a very intense massager, this probably isn't it, but it does help with light fatigue and muscle pain.
