I tried black cohosh for months and months and got no results I saw on fb a girl asking her grandmother what to try for hot flashes etc and the grandma recommended menopace so I thought y not try it I've tried everything I could and nothing worked and yep I've taken this for 3 weeks still have 7 days left in 1st box and new box will be here tomorrow and I've noticed a huge difference having maybe 1 to 2 mild hot flashes compared to one every 15 to 20 min ,they seem to be almost gone and not noticing any night sweats I highly recommend this product and also there are no side effects thank God lol

This is a great product, works just as good as all the others like it that I have used, and this one is more affordable. I no longer have night sweats, and that is amazing in itself. It has also improved my nerves, and mood a bit as well.

Ok, real customer here. Only been one week but I feel the benefits already! I am very sensitive to supplements and with a meal these are no prob. Had a hyster 6 years ago, was on patch, then went off. This product is as good as patch for me without the side effects. Legit. Try it.
