This has been a good all natural multi supplement with multiple benefits. I personally like taking one capsule for breakfast and one during lunch for a full daily effect. I find this routinely schedule is working for me. the multiple blended mushrooms along with the vitamins and nutrients are doing more than I expected on a daily. I’ve seen a glow in my skin, longer hair and nails and I’m a lot more energetic and focused during the day when I’m working. I used to crash mid day before taking these but now I’m able to get all my task done without feeling super sleepy. Personally I don’t find the capsule hard to swallow because of the size because I eat with a meal. so far my first bottle of 60 capsules is a great value since it’s also 9 supper ingredients in 1 capsule.

The serving size on the bottle indicates 2 capsules a day, preferably with a meal. Two capsules contain 5 mg of L-Ergothioneine, which is generally recognized as safe for adults up to 30 mg daily.
