The media could not be loaded. I've been using Shilajit resin for a few weeks, and I'm genuinely impressed with the results. I appreciate that this is pure shilajit, without any additives, which is in my opinion the most important aspect of shilajit quality. The resin comes in a jar and there's a nice little spoon in the package, just as shown in the photos.The shilajit texture is dense but it dissolves quickly in hot water. The flavour is strong so I personally prefer adding it to herbal tea to soften the taste a bit.Our diets tend to lack in nutrients and shilajit is packed with minerals. I started adding a spoon of shilajit to my tea twice a day and I do feel more energetic throughout the day. Love it!

The product came in a very bad condition as it looked as if was exposed to heat as content had burst through the internal lid inside and made it hard to open . Very very poor. Never again.

Item was perfectly packaged, and as described. I do not know if the desired results will be achieved as I have not used it long enough, hence 4 not 5 stars

Took it for about 2 weeks and didn't really notice much of a difference, perhaps a little more energy but decided to stick with it believeing it would have a cummulative effect. Glad I did as my energy levels are at an all time high, I feel stronger in the gym and sleep much better. Mood has definitely improved and my skin is the best it’s been in years. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This isn’t the first Shilajit I’ve bought but it is by far the worst tasting !I can’t open the box containing the Shilajit without it unfolding on itself.I had to put the jar in warm water just to open it for the first time because it was sealed with Shilajit pouring out the sides.Consistency at room temperature is like Tar and not possible to take straight from the spoon, which is what I’ve been able to do with Shilajit from other suppliers.Terrible product, can’t wait for it to run out so I can buy elsewhere.

I’ve been starting my mornings with this for quite a while (this is my second order of that product).Just add it to a cup of tea and I feel more focused and energetic during the whole day.It feels really good and doesn’t have any bad taste
