My tile floor is of a finish that seems to attract dirt and is tough to keep clean. This scrubber works well, especially for the areas where a sponge mop or Swifter don't clean well enough since they don't scrub, especially for the grout joints. This unit, with two batteries, works much better and does the scrubbing itself and is nice and light weight for anyone to use. Rather than filling the somewhat small cleaning solution reservoir, I find it easier to use a spray bottle and not bother with constantly having to step on the spray button. I also suggest using a sponge mop after scrubbing to help get up any excess water/cleaning solution. Overall, a good buy!

First issue I had with this is it’s not a steam mop. But that was on me, I didn’t pay attention to the description. I had searched for “steam mops” and this popped up so I didn’t fully pay attention to the details. I did think for the price though, it REALLY should be a steam mop. That is a pretty pricey “electric mop”. I found other steam mops for around the same price. But I was in need of a mop because the last one I had, broke on me and I was desperate to clean my floors. The next issue I had which was big, to spray the water onto the floor, is a small push button on the base of the mop, no trigger on the handle to spray. Instead you have to press it each time with your foot to spray the water which I found to be a huge nuisance, and if you bend to press it each time and you have a bigger house, that’s even more of a nuisance. The next issue is because it is battery operated, the handle of the machine is pretty heavy, so trying to maneuver it while the pads are spinning, my wrists were sore by the time I was done with my floors, and I only did 3 rooms. The biggest issue I had was it just flat out stopped working. I had charged both batteries before I even started, both batteries were fully charged, but it just stopped. I tried both batteries, I’d try taking the batteries out and put back in, then it’d work for about 10 seconds before it’d stop again. There were no jams, the machine wasn’t hot and I was using just water. The tank was still full of water, so I don’t know why it would stop working. After that issue I said forget it, it wasn’t worth the price or the headaches I had with it, I boxed it up and sent it back the very next day. I was too frustrated with it by then.

Works good but not as good as larger machines. It runs out charge quickly.

I was just too excited to start using it right away! 💖 Final thoughts: 10/10 would recommend! I actually look forward to mopping now (who even am I??). If you’re lazy but love clean floors—GET THIS.

I really liked this Qimedo electric mop. It’s powerful and convenient because it’s battery operated. It comes with many accessories, brushes and pads as well as gloves and a storage bag. The battery is powerful with long life and they give you two of them. The handle is also height adjustable. When I first received it, I didn’t like the fact that you had a step on the button on the reservoir in order to release the spray. I thought it would be better placed on the handle. There’s two reasons for this. There are some of us who don’t have great balance. I didn’t think it was a good idea to step on it while the machine is running so you have to make sure it’s off . Also stepping on it causes a strain on the reservoir and that’s what happened to me. I used it a couple of times and the reservoir cracked. They say the reservoir is removable, but they really don’t give you instructions on how to remove it. I was wondering why it was leaking so much. I thought that I overfilled it and then when I finally got the reservoir off of the machine, I realized it was cracked .therefore it is of no use to me and I have to return it. The manufacturer needs to correct this issue with stepping on the reservoir to release the spray. It would be smarter and more efficient to have it in the handle. I am disappointed because all the other features are good . Any other floor scrubbers out there are very expensive. I will have to pass on this one for now hopefully in the future, they will correct this issue and I will definitely look to re-purchase again.

This is a great floor scrubber. We have dogs and my floors need extra cleaning. A damp mop just does not get up the dirt. This floor scrubber mop is exactly what I needed. I loved it so much, I purchased a second one for my dog kennel. The battery life is amazingly long. To have two batteries is great. No needing to stop and wait for recharging. Three speeds. Being able to adjust the length. The size makes it easy to get into tight places. The scrubber has a little weight to it to help get into crevices like grout and rough cement. This little scrubber is portable and so convenient. It’s holding up well, exceeds my expectations. I use this and then my other brand floor cleaner to suck up the water. Compared to the cost of other floor scrubbers, this one is a great deal.

Unfortunately, the tank cracked within just three uses. I contacted support immediately and was asked to provide a video, which I sent. I was then told the video could not be opened, so I resent it multiple times along with still photos. Since then, I have not received any follow-up or resolution. The concept of this device is amazing—the brushes, power, and overall performance are excellent. However, the water tank is clearly the weakest part, as it is made of thin plastic and failed very quickly. At this point, I am simply requesting a replacement water tank. I’m not asking for a full replacement unit—just support in resolving this specific issue so I can continue using a product I otherwise really like. Please let me know how we can move forward.
