Not the easiest to use as a puppet
This Kermit-style puppet is a cute and playful addition to any child’s toy collection, though it has some drawbacks. The frog's design is fun. The soft plush material feels pleasant, and the puppet itself has a cheerful, friendly expression with big eyes that kids are drawn to. However, it does arrive vacuum-packed, so it takes a bit of time to puff up and look presentable. While it’s great for smaller hands, I found that it’s not the easiest to use as a puppet. The mouth is quite stiff, making it difficult to move smoothly, even for adults. It’s not a dealbreaker for young children who may just enjoy carrying it around, but for anyone hoping to create expressive puppet shows, it can be a bit frustrating. The material inside the mouth is hard, which limits how easily you can manipulate it.That said, my little one still enjoys playing with it, especially for imaginative play and storytelling. It’s not quite the versatile puppet you might expect if you’re a fan of classic characters like Kermit. Just keep in mind the limitations if you’re looking for something more advanced in terms of puppet movement. How I rate the products:5 stars: As advertised, works as expected, nice packaging.4 stars: Not quite as expected, possibly misleading in description or issue with packaging.3 stars: Average product, works okay but nothing special.2 stars: A cheap or untrustworthy product, not expecting it to last long.1 star: Came broken or unusable.

Its alright for an obvious knockoff
I feel the need to pre-face my thoughts with the fact that when I acquired this partially out of amusement at what it obviously was the page actually had no mention of Kermit whatsoever instead opting to call it "anime frog" with it now calling itself Kermit after the fact (note how the product info above the about section is still rather iffy). On first inspection there is some amusement to be had with its goofy face and dangly limbs though I noticed that to actually use it as a puppet it certainly prefers you to have smaller hands, though part of me can't help but feel that it was mostly the mouth that caused the issue. Instead of something softer to allow better range of motion the mouth is 2 really hard out of shape pieces of plastic which not only makes putting a hand inside to puppeteer it harder than necessary but also means that you can't properly close its mouth and my attempts to fix it did not work whatsoever.Perhaps some people may still find it amusing enough to get it while its on discount (with said discount getting bigger and bigger from its inception, currently 25%) but if you specifically found this while searching for a Kermit puppet I suggest looking elsewhere.

quite live up to expectations
but not even close to being able to extend my fingers inside. Within seconds my fingers were cramped. This is really upsetting as I so love the actual puppets and like I said are ve

Ok for small children
My girlfriend was quite excited to get a frog puppet because it reminded her of cherished childhood memories from a certain tv show. You should have seen her face when it arrived, what a disappointment. Being vacuum packed didn't really help with her first impressions. The frog looked like it had been run over by a steam roller. Once out of the packet it looked like it could have done with an iron. The puppet itself is obviously "inspired" by a certain tv puppet but it's not a 'one to one' likeness. I think you'll be disappointed if that's what you're looking for.A small child will probably get more out this than an adult with memories of the show. To use it as a puppet you'd also need to have very small hands so only really suitable for a child.Overall it didn't really live up to our expectations but then it doesn't claim to be the 'K' character. I'd recommend sticking to the official merchandise if you can.

Not as good as I was hoping
On first inspection this looked like the instantly recognisable Kermit puppet despite the description being an anime frog. The arms and legs are very floppy, so exactly what you want in a hand puppet so you can gain plenty of movement. The problem is the mouth. The mouth looks completely fine from the front, but inserting your hand in to the puppet is something of a challenge if your hands are any bigger than a small child’s. The second problem is that the mouth is very hard, so even if I could insert my hand I would struggle to enact any type of expression with the puppet. Having said all this my young daughter does seem pleased with it. Would I recommend purchasing? On this occasion sadly not - the picture offers so much promise but the item I’m afraid does not deliver.
