Works well just as advertised Picks up dirt and water quite well at that. Most negative reviews about low suction power are most likely user error (exhaust being blocked) However, the suction pipe could use some improvement for durability's sake

I love it, so glad I bought it! I Normally hire a huge cleaner for 48 hours from the local supermarket to clean 2 lounges and 2 car's seats, but this thing honestly does a better job and I have it on hand whenever needed plus don't get a hernia wrestling it through a shopping centre and into the car -twice. I honestly wasn't expecting it to leave the fabric as dry as the hire one, given the huge size and noise difference, but it does. The cleaning head is also better, as it has a brush built in, where the hire one is only the sprayer and perspex sucker thing. Should pay for itself in less than a year. As usual, quick delivery ( 5 days from UK to Blue Mountains even with covid situation) and best price online from Amazon.

I watched YouTube videos, checked the instructions for operating. For the price I was a little disappointed. I filled the shampoo dispenser, it leaked. Opened and tapped base pin, leak stopped. Put dispenser container into position and it leaked on floor. Pulled out, reseated was good to go. Fitted the bigger head and turned on machine. This unit is very loud, not loud like a v8, add two more free flow exhausts and 2 turbos....crazy loud. Anyway, held the spray button, nothing. Released...repressed...nothing. removed dispenser again, pulled out pipe, sofly shaped to a u, and refitted everything. Tried again, all good. Now I am 53, bad back etc so down on the floor is hard work. Look, as a spot cleaner it definitely works. There is a knack to the back and forth to get the extraction right. I own multiple vacuums and carper cleaners (ocd), but this Bissell just feels lacking. After cleaning 3 fairly large dog stains, I felt like I had done a 2 hour workout....so perhaps I am not using or angling something correctly. After use, cleaning was fairly simple. Overall, it cleaned the 3 spots, not 100% however these are bad stains. But it's nowhere as easy as reviews and YouTube led me to believe.

I had to come write a review and post a video. We have been using this spot cleaner for over a year now and its worth its weight in gold! The best carpet cleaner we ever owned. Its small, lightweight to carry up stairs and so easy to use. It doesn’t smell in between uses- even after a year. It cleans my dogs accidents up in no time!! And no stains are left after. It sucks the mess and water up thoroughly! If you are considering it - buy it. Such good value and it doesn’t smell a stellar job in cleaning up dog wee, poop on carpets, vomit, wine stains etc. Also great to wash your sofas with!!! My sofas came up super clean after.
