The item has arrived. I've opened it up gingerly so far. My plan is to take it with us for a family gathering for Thanksgiving. I think that the kids will love it, and the adults might be up for challenge to see if they can keep up with the younger generation. I don't want to completely unpack it until that get-together. Curiosity might have me checking it out myself first. We'll see how much patience I have!Apparently there are 10 songs pre-programmed in to the system, but you can connect to your cell phone via BlueTooth and play whatever music you like to fully expand the experience.The materials of the mat seem well-made and sturdy; like they'll last for a long time. Given the amount of work-out this dance mat may see, that's a good thing. The graphics are bright and colorful, which will entice the kids to want to use it.Four AA batteries are required to power the system. I like that you can use this as a single mat on one's own (great exercise and mood lifter!) or double for a challenge session. Might want to have spare batteries on hand to keep the fun going.

This dance game is really cute. This will keep a child busy and focused for a long time. They get instant gratification as they go from level to level. I gave 5 stars because it is nice and the colors are vibrant! You can play this for one person or two, which makes it great for siblings to play together or alone. The board is a good size and I think it is the perfect size for a young child and is going to last for a long time! I recommend this product! This dance mat is a fun way to get your kid's energy out and keeping them physically active. Not only can this be used for dancing, but it also has a piano and memory mode. Prompts are given with cool flashing lights and is helpful for keeping on beat. There are several different levels, so as you get better, you can increase the difficulty level to keep being challenged. It also has Bluetooth capability so you won't be stuck listening to the same song over and over as you try to work or concentrate while your child plays with the mat for an hour. There is a non-slip material on the bottom that works okay. But it can and will move when your kids gets too crazy. The topmaterial is really easy to clean; I just use a wet wipe. It folds and stores easily, isn't heavy at all, and doesn't take up too much space. Worth your time to purchase and use.

Music and fitness all while having fun! So many giggles and goof ups!

Out of the box easy set up. Requires batteries. The mat has a nice quality feel to it. I love that it is a small mat and does not require a great seal of floor space to engage. The music quality and song selection is very nice. Sound levels are good and the kids had no trouble hearing it over their laughter. We have not yet tried the Bluetooth connection, but will eventually venture into that when the kids ask. Very pleased to have a quality activity that keeps my kids off the couch!
