I like the way it feels in my hand. Easy to operate. Came with other attachments that I have used several times now. I feel like it is well built and sturdy for our kitchen.

I havent had any issue with overheating, but I also dont use it continuously. I blend in 5-7 second bursts. Had to get used to positioning my fingers to the lock and blend button but its not bad now. Feels pretty durable to me. It doesnt feel too heavy in my hand, even with the attachments on. Pretty good product for me so far.

I picked this up because I’ve been needing an immersion blender for some time and suddenly found myself in urgent need. Honestly, I picked this one because of the known brand, the attachments, and the price point signaled it wasn’t flimsy junk, but not excessive top of the line either. And most importantly, it would be here the next morning.On unboxing everything, I did find my predictions basically right. The handle unit itself is sturdy and somewhat heavy. It feels well built, made of metal and plastic. The blender stem seems durable as well. Everything fits and snaps together with a satisfying click. The various bowls are made of some sort of acrylic material that is likely quite durable, but I expect will crack eventually.I can’t say I love the button placements on the handle that much. They’re just a little awkward to press in from the natural grip position. Not the end of the world, but a trigger configuration would have been better than inset buttons.I was originally quite interested in the chopper bowl attachment, thinking maybe I could use it to make quick tuna and chicken salads and such, but that was disappointing. It’s just too small. I’m honestly not sure what this attachment would be good for. It’s not large enough to pulse chop stuff unless it’s totally dry, or there’s a very small amount of it, and so it’s sort of just a purée dish. Oh well. What I needed was an immersion blender, and that part of things seems quite good.I didn’t notice any strange smells or odors or anything. It’s just a decent quality plug-in kitchen gadget with a variety of (fairly narrow) uses.Overall, 4/5 stars. With a more ergonomic button placement and a wider chopping bowl, this would be an easy 5/5. As it is, it’s a very good utility for the price, but has room for improvement.

I did a lot of comparison research before buying this, including looking at KitchenAid and other top brands, and this model consistently ranked at the top. It has absolutely lived up to that.The power is outstanding. It handles everything I’ve thrown at it, from crushing ice for protein shakes to finely blending garlic and olive oil. The results are smooth and consistent every time. The variable speed control is easy to use, and the safety mechanism is a nice feature that prevents accidental starts.I primarily use the blender and chopper attachments, both of which perform extremely well. The chopper in particular is a great addition and very effective. I haven’t used the whisk yet, but based on everything else, I expect it to perform just as well.This has become a go to tool in my kitchen. Strong performance, well designed, and versatile. It's quiet, effective, and just what I needed. Easy to use, even in "pulse" mode (manually attained, but works well).

I have not used this, as of yet. I love Cuisinart products, so, I'm giving this a 5-star review, already. I know this product brand and it has never failed me.

Would give zero. Initially was loving the speed and quality of the blades. Now only two months into using it the blades are screeching every time I turn it on.
