It came with a 12" rough-in and I had to order the 14" separately. I think I found one on Amazon for around $50. We installed it a couple months ago and all went smooth. Also recommended is the slow closing lid. **Q: What are the differences between 1) toto cst474cefgf#1 vespin ii, and 2) toto 474cufrg#1 vespin ii?** A: Hi Don, The difference between the Vespin II model that has an "E" versus a "U" in the number is the water consumption. E's use 1.28 GPF while U's use 1.0 GPF. The "R" in your second model indicates a flush lever on the right side of the tank versus the left, so make sure you get the one that you want. Stays clean on the inside with the non-stick glaze and solid flush pattern. The only improvement I'd make is fix the fill valve setup to not make noise as it fills. Right now, you hear the water dripping and splashing as it refills. It's probably easy enough to switch out the fill valve with one that lets the water flow smoothly down to the bottom instead of falling and splashing. That one improvement will make this toilet perfect. I expect the toilet to impress everyone who doesn't know what they are missing with their cheapy toilets. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works very well in a small bathroom *by D***Z on September 4, 2020* I bought this to replace a classic old toilet in a small bathroom that is 4 feet wide. What I got was a high, elongated bowl and GAINED 1/2" of space to the wall across from the seat. The toughest part of the installation was drilling the holes through the ceramic tile. Used Bosch ceramic tile drill bits. The second hardest part was jogging the water supply from 6 to 8 inches off center. The coating of the bowl is remarkable. It still looks clean after a month of use. I will be sure to avoid using cleanser as they advise. The Bemis slow close seat with the brushed nickel hinges (separate purchase) looks and works great. I also used the 14" Trapway, Fluidmaster waxless seal and nylon plastic shims for leveling. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Plumber installed. Handle needs improvement *by K***R on January 3, 2021* Like the easy to clean part.
