Great product
Love these! I have 3 different sizes and they are used daily in my kitchen. All stainless steel is great as well! We try to avoid plastic as much as possible.

Redesigned with bad plastic interior handle
Very disappointed. I have an old microplane professional that I've loved for ~10 years, but it was starting to fail so I bought this to replace it. They changed the design and now the handle is plastic on the inside and where it joins to the body. One my third use it pulled apart. I didn't order the professional to get cheap plastic crap that comes apart while I'm using it!
