Hi all, K here again, today we’re reviewing the Kapiva Pure Himalayan Shilajit Honey Resin – 100% Pure 10g Glass Jar. I have never used Shilajit Honey before and so this was my first time and I had read online the benefits of it in boosting energy so thought i'd give this a try. Positives: ✅ It comes with a small spoon which helps with the dosage- however I wouldn't advise on using the full spoonfull. ✅ It has Honey! The addition of honey is great as it helps with the taste and also adds the benefits of honey such as antioxidants and antimicrobials benefits. It’s a clever formulation rather than having pure shilajit alone. ✅ Expires in 1 year (July 2026) ✅ The product dissolves well in the water and turns a brownish colour. Negatives: ❌ Very sticky! This product you'll need to be careful in handling as it's sticky- just like pure honey! ❌ A bit Pricey: The jar at 10grams is quite small and whilst you would use a pea sized amount, the cost per gram is on the higher side. ❌ The taste can be pungent! Can take some time to get used to and I would reccommend using it with a herbal tea. I'm unsure on if this has helped in boost my energy- and it could be that I need to use it more consistently. However while the taste and price may be a a lot for some, I believe the purity, potency and Ayurvedic integrity make it a worthwhile investment for those seeking to better their health and wellbeing.

I've just started taking this Shilajit honey. I am going to test this product for one month: It's recommended as a pain reliever and as a memory (and libido ^^) booster. The taste is a bit earthy, so I recommend drinking it in a warm beverage like tea to make the taste more pleasant. The packaging is very high quality, and it comes with its certificate and a measuring spoon.

Good It's a very good product. We can feel the blood sugar level is gradually controlled from the second month.
