Seems to be good to relieve my pain. I mixed it with a carrier oil and avocado tincture.

I bought this directly on Etsy, thinking I had found the Holy Grail. My enthusiasm was short-lived. For what it's worth: Arnica essential oil is highly concentrated and has a strong, sharp distinct herbaceous scent. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 "𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐢𝐥" 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐨 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐨𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫. My guess is that it's arnica-infused oil, i.e., arnica macerated in sunflower oil—at best. Even arnica-infused oil should smell like arnica... Why 3 stars instead one 1? Because I like giving vendors the benefit of the doubt. They might not know they're being cheated by their bulk supplier. But as a European-born, long-term EO user who's very familiar with arnica, I'd be surprised if there's any in this bottle.
