I’ve been taking the recommended dose of one two a few times a day. I have to say that the teeth are happier. The slight irritations are gone. Do read her book though. She explains the mechanism of how this actually works. Balancing this against a keto diet is bit of a challenge and OMAD but it can be done with some care around timing.

Dentist recommended I use sugar free mints with xylitol to help prevent stains and increase saliva. So far, these appear to be helping a lot! It has been about 2 months since my dental cleaning and the surface stains haven’t come back yet. I looked in our local stores and grocery stores and it is very hard to find mints with xylitol. These have a good minty flavor, and seem to last a decent amount. Sometimes I will use 2 at a time to really increase saliva flow. One caveat is that I wish they came with a convenient travel container. We have ordered smaller bottle, then after we ran out, placed an order for the bulk 500 bag. Now we need to find a mint size container. I had the bottle in my laptop bag and it just looks weird when out in public (like you are taking a vitamin or pill). Also would be nice to have a purse or pocket sized container, and super nice if it came with purchase of the bulk bag!Peppermint smells nice and they are solid mints…. Dissolve nicely (not sticky or grainy). I wish they were larger (like the size of certs) but they are on the smaller side.

I had been searching for an alternative to using over the counter flouride toothpaste as I have a condition that makes it difficult to tolerate toothpastes. I bought an unflavored toothpaste paste and they recommended Zelle’s mints to prevent cavities. I use it after brushing my teeth. I also use it after a meal when I’m not at home and able to brush my teeth. I love the the taste of Zelle and am able to tolerate it without any flare ups of gum inflammation or pain. May be a little pricey but well worth it.

I brought these to help prevent cavities. I brush my teeth twice a day and I still get cavities. A doctor on YouTube recommended these to prevent cavities. Some of our saliva doesnt product the good healthy bacteria to keep us free from cavities. This draws your unhealthy bacteria to eat it and then it kills the bacteria at the same time. The down fall is that those with sensitive stomachs like me cant eat too many of these. You may experience cramping or lots of gas. I just chew on these swish my mouth and then spit it out. I'll see how it works out in the long run.

This is my second order. I am so pleased with the results after a short period of time. Less plaque on my teeth now. I love the peppermint flavor. I also like that it has fewer ingredients than similar products. These are so good I can see them being addictive.

Best flavored xylitol product that I've tried. I have to stop myself from snacking on them too much. My mouth is free of plaque going on two years based on this product and Dr. Ellie Phillip's mouth care system.

This is actually my second bottle of Zellie’s mints!(The mints are hard like candy and melt in your mouth slowly, though they do tend to break or crack before fully dissolving if you bite them or press them with your tongue.)I tried the peppermint first, which was good, but I like the spearmint even more. More minty and fresh flavor!The flavor is super refreshing without being overpowering.My kids really enjoy them too, especially after meals or just as a little treat. I also looked it up on the Yuka app and it got a 72/100, so I feel good keeping these on hand. Definitely planning to stick with the spearmint from now on!That said, if you’re hoping these will help with dry mouth, they only help a little and just while the mint is in your mouth! Once it’s gone, the dryness comes right back. So I wouldn’t rely on them for that purpose—but for a tasty, better-for-you mint, they’re a solid pick.
