High Quality 500 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle
This is a very nice, high-quality puzzle. Pieces are thick and fit well. This puzzle can be done multiple times without pieces deteriorating. Pieces come in a net drawstring bag, and a poster of the finished picture is enclosed. Backs of the pieces have letters so that you can divide for multiple people working at the same time, or just to make it easier for someone to do the puzzle in sections. I will definitely buy more of this brand. It cost only half as much as other popular "premium" puzzles of the same size.

3 missing pieces. Disappointing.
Cute design and clear crisp picture but very disappointing that 3 pieces were missing. Ruins the excitement of putting in the last piece.

Fun Puzzle with Duplicate Pieces
Quality product. Clear vibrant colors. Fun with a little challenge. Pieces fit together very well. There were 16 extra pieces, which was unexpected and initially caused some confusion.

Great value and quality
I don't normally leave a review but wanted to for this. As someone who has purchased a LOT of puzzles over the past years, most of which cost more than this one, I was surprised and very pleased by the quality of this one. Very sturdy pieces, came in a beautiful purple tie bag instead of plastic wrap and even included a poster (which I find necessary). Overall better quality than more expensive puzzles.

Duplicated piece
Loved putting puzzle together but was not able to complete it. Pieces were more than likely mechanically counted with a total of 500 pieces, but one piece was duplicated. So I had two identical pieces. which left a puzzle piece missing. Just put another puzzle from this same company together, this time one piece was totally missing. So there was only a total of 499 pieces.
