I’ve really been enjoying Ryze Chicory as a perfect switch from regular coffee. It still gives me that warm, comforting morning ritual, but without the jitters or crash. The flavor is smooth and earthy in a really pleasant way, and it helps me feel more balanced and focused throughout the day. Honestly, it didn’t feel like giving anything up—just an upgrade to a calmer, more steady start in the morning.

This is some great stuff!!!! I just love this mushroom coffee for me it tastes just like coffee and I will continue to order it, it Is expensive but If I want it I'm gonna continue to buy it 10 out of 10!!

First of all this coffee has no SUGAR, well it’s 1 gram. Which is great to use if you are in the process of getting your body right. When I first tasted this coffee I thought I missed a step. You can add sugar and make it sweet to your liking but if you want to see good improvement and results within that week, don’t add sugar and drink as is.. Use this twice a day for nice bowel movement and a good nights rest. ITS BITTER BUT IT WORKS. I wish I could rate this a zero star. Oh goodness gracious!!!! This stuff tastes like soap! I don't care how good for you it is; it just tastes absolutely disgusting! The after tastes lingers forever too. I have yet to figure out a way to overpower the horrible taste of soap that this stuff has.

I add a tablespoon (with the cutest little wooden scoop it comes with!) to my morning protein shake — but it’s also perfect for making lattes or sipping like a regular cup of coffee. This blend is packed with powerful mushrooms that support focus, energy, immune health, and mood — the benefits are seriously impressive.

I have had gut problems for decades. After two weeks on this, no problem. Unbelievable.

Update: Just finished the bag. It had 24 tablespoons instead of 30. After seeing this in my social media feed forever, I finally decided to give this a try. I got the Ryze creamer and Ryze chicory. I can’t have caffeine. First impression — packaging is unnecessary. What’s with the boxes and spoon each order? The boxes did not even make it inside our house. I just chucked them in my recycle bin on the way inside. Also, who needs that many wooden spoons? I have plenty of spoons. Get rid of the frills, and put the cost at lower price. Instructions is to drink two servings for the first week. So, one tablespoon of creamer and one tablespoon of chicory with 8 oz of hot water. The taste is similar to bland mocha. Imagine drinking mocha but only have a very small amount left in the mug so you add more hot water. Yeah, super bland mocha. On the second drink, I added ginger tea bag after the chicory and creamer dissolved. Tasted so much better. The first two days, my body felt weaker and almost shaky. My blood sugar went down. Third day, it stabilized. Today is the 7th day. Ryze claims the mushrooms give all day energy, help with gut health, support sleep, support immunity, help with the mood, and longevity. I did not notice any increase in energy or change in digestion. I can’t say if it helps with immunity or longevity. My mood actually got worse being more irritable. It did sort of help with sleep. I used to sleep 2-4 hours every night. In the past week, I’ve been sleeping 4-6 hours. However, twice, I had such vivid dreams full of emotions. Both nights, I was very angry in my dreams. It’s rare that I remember my dreams, and almost never with such emotions that I was still feeling after waking up. The only change is drinking Ryze. I’ll finish the bags because they’re expensive but I’m not sure they’re worth all the hype.
