Yes it’s has a handle at the top and a small Strap to attach to your handlebars I modified the strap as it was to short for me to use as a shoulder bag for when I’m off the bike. The magnets are at the top and bottom in the middle. They seem strong enough I through my bike round corners abit and they hadn’t given up on me yet
