Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare first of all. I purchased them two different times neither one ever worked. The return policy is insane. In addition to the fact that you pay for your own postage to return it they charge you an extra $10 for God knows what I am going to blast them on every foot platform I possibly can. They are horrendous.

InvisaWear is a beautifully designed piece of jewelry that gives me so much peace of mind. I love how quickly and easily it pairs with my smartphone. Getting it set up was an absolute breeze! The subscription is packed with incredible features that I use regularly, making it absolutely worth the investment. It makes me feel so much safer, especially when I’m out running errands or walking alone. I also love the test mode, which lets me ensure messages will reach my emergency contacts, it’s such a thoughtful feature. And when my Bluetooth disconnects, the alert reminds me to turn it back on, which is so helpful for staying protected. The design is sleek and discreet, people compliment it all the time without realizing what it really is. It’s subtle yet powerful, and I believe everyone should consider adding it to their daily essentials. The customer support team is also amazing and super responsive, and helpful! The only thing I’d love to see in the future is a waterproof design, so it could provide confidence and protection in any situation. The necklace appearance is very nice. Encountered problems when trying to activate it. I reached out to their customer support and found out that I couldn't activate it until I was signed up for the monthly subscription. I did not know that I needed a monthly subscription. I thought for it to contact family there was no subscription needed, but to activate police then I would need a subscription. I believe the monthly subscription was $19.99.

Let me just start by saying that if you didn't know this was a safety device, you'd say it's a very pretty piece of jewelry. And THAT'S the point. No one is supposed to know that it can actually save your life. I ordered this for my daughter to wear around campus. We looked at many other safety devices (taser, pepper spray, etc) but they were too awkward and hard to get to in case of emergency. This is easy to set up and in case (God forbid!!) you need it, press it and 5 contacts as well as 911 are alerted and given your GPS location. It's worth every penny we paid for it. My daughter has gotten many compliments by her friends saying how nice her necklace is and they are in shock when she tells them what it is and how it works. Like I said, it's very discreet and could possibly get you out of an unwanted situation or save your life. I didn’t know something like this existed until I saw it on a parent’s FB page for my daughter’s college.

After domestic abuse issues with my ex I purchased this necklace. It’s functional and looks good to wear inside or outside my clothing. I’ve tested whether the messages get to my contacts and it all works as advertised. Would recommend for others in a similar situation

This is really nice but didn’t realize that you had to sign up for a monthly subscription. Maybe I should have known or did research more. Got it for a Christmas present but sent it back. Probably wouldn’t have bought it for someone else if I’d known that. Hate to give someone something they have to spend monthly payments for.

I don’t normally write reviews, never mind bad ones but this was really unacceptable. The necklace that I got didn’t work I tried setting the app on multiple phones to see if maybe it was just the phone I was using but no the necklace was indeed broken. I was planning on giving it to my mother to keep her safe walking around at night or just living alone. I returned it with no trouble but if I had been relying on this to keep my mother safe she would’ve been screwed. The product itself is fantastic but I strongly encourage anyone looking to by a panic necklace (sidebar: they aren’t cheap) should probably do so directly from the invisaWear company.
