This arrived fully assembled. Just two screws to secure the console either side, which was otherwise fully attached. One key to insert lower left to lock the treadmill when in use and remove it to fold the treadmill. I think it took less than five minutes to set it up. The speeds are plenty for me I do a fast walk or jog. It is a compact treadmill which suits me in the living room. I am 5'4" and find this size suits me. I weigh 9 stone. It needs oiling every week based on usage. There is a handy port lower right, and the oil is supplied. The console has extra-large data which suits my eyesight. Easy buttons to operate, quicker outer left, slower outer right and a red stop button etc. It is not very heavy and moves easily.Very quiet machine, barely a whisper. Not a heavy-duty machine and I would suggest advanced runners may want something sturdier and heavier. But this is ideal for home fitness in front of the TV.

Just want to make the comment that this is a walking pad and not a jogging pad. This is noted particularly by the fact that there is no rail for support. The other thing is that the main picture shows a laptop table, but this isn't included or an attachment, and the video shows someone clearly jogging on the product, even though it's clearly a walking machine. This unfortunately means that people might get caught out thinking this is more than it is.What it is is a competent walking machine with a few electronic features and a very small profile that may fit under your sofa. Check dimensions to be sure.At £170 I am not 100% sure if this is value for money, it's definitely a competent walking machine and the incline feature is a very nice extra so you don't have to simulate it yourself (using books or boxes!) but I think the lack of a table for work as shown and just being a walking machine only puts it down a notch.

This treadmill is everything I want in a running machine. I try to go on it for at least 30 mins each day.It is easy to manage when folding it up and is not too heavy but is moveable.Only down side of this is, that the belt always seems to go to the left side and I have to keep adjusting it.

We don't have a great deal of spare space in our home, however this doesn't take up much and is very easy to move around.As we are in our 60's this machine is a fast enough pace for us and the incline feature adds a challenging element to my walking routine, and the LED display provides clear feedback on speed, distance, and time. The app integration is a great bonus, offering additional tracking and motivation.Its very easy to pop on and off this machine when you have a bit of spare time, we have ours where we can watch the tv so the time goes quickly.

I have been using this walking pad under my desk for a light walk while working, and the two incline option adds a bit of a challenge.There is no handle but it's not needed at the pace available.The brushless motor is quiet, so it doesn’t disrupt my workflow, and the LED display shows my stats clearly.I like that it folds up easily for storage, and the remote control and app make adjusting settings simple.It’s a great way to get steps in without leaving the house!I would highly recommend.

This under desk walking pad is ideal for a work-from-home setup with a standing desk. You can also use it as a normal walking pad but at it doesn't had handles, it won't be able to go too fast, hence it will be good for walking or brisk walking but not running. Seems sturdy and apparently integration works most of the time. Seems reliable enough to be recommended.

I have been wanting one of these walking pads for some time, and this one is a really good option especially if you have limited space at home like I do.This walking pad is very quiet, and is perfect for early morning use so I do not disturb the rest of my house.The remote control that comes with this makes it super easy to change the settings while I am using the machine, so I can increase and decrease my exercise at the push of a button without having to completely stop my work out.This would be great for someone that wants to stay active by doing light exercise and also has limited space.
