Okay I love making fried rice. A Japanese woman taught me how to make it and she had his unique salt that just came with that flavor and this one gives it that Japanese flavor I love it. I cooked the rice 🍚first put it aside then I chopped up the onion and celery then I chopped up the bacon with scissors one inch cuts once done frying babcon and ur favorite veggies put ur kind of flavor soy sauce. I prefer organic tamarin not so salty. also we all know to put our favorite veggies in in like carrots 🥕 get cooking

I recently traveled to Japan. In Okinawa this salt is lauded for its health benefits as well as it’s taste. It’s stronger than other salts so us accordingly. It tastes so good !

With the questionable types of sea salt on the market, this is my go-to as a top choice.

If you like this style of salt it is a good product. Coarse texture and pleasant salty taste.

There is a difference in taste. Recently visited my sister who had received a gift of Japanese salt from a friend who frequently travels to Japan. I was hooked and sprinkled on everything! You won’t be disappointed!!
