A really decent supplement and reasonable value for a month's supply. Capsules are fairly standard size and easy to swallow, with no discernible taste or smell. Dosage is two capsules per day. I believe sea moss works well for me in terms of energy and I notice when I don't take it. Would recommend this and buy again.

Hubby and I used this every day until we finished the pack. Cannot say that it did anything that we could attribute to this supplement specifically. I already make sea moss (where you soak the dried stuff and blend it) for us to use and paused that for these capsules. The capsules do make it a lot more convenient and have a longer shelf life compared to the rehydrated and blended stuff. They're easy to take and store. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any taste or smell.

It can be difficult to tell sometimes, whether a supplement makes much of a difference. Without supps, i lose energy easily and other things. I gave these a try instead of other supplements for a while, and found my energy and feel-okay levels to be pretty good. So i think this must provide a good balance for me, at 2 caps a day, one of which i split open and put without the capsule into yogurt, the other i take with water later at a time i eat, with no issues. I do appreciate the lack of fillers greatly. In my experience this is more effective, and greater quality.

Great pack of supplements. I regularly struggle to ensure I have a completely balanced diet everyday so taking these is a way of giving myself a little extra support. The capsules do not have a majorly noticable smell which is great as I have been put-off by other supplements for that reason. The packaging does say easy to swallow however the capsules are rather large, so I do struggle with them a little, however that's just me. It’s great that these are vegan, soy, dairy, sugar and gluten free and that they are even cruelty-free too. If I feel more energised after a few weeks I will definitely be getting more! Definitely worth trying.

I've been using sea moss for a while now after hearing about all the health benefits such as it helping with immune health, digestion, energy and metabolism. I have tried the dried version which requires to be soaked for hours and I then blend it and put it in a smoothie or add it to my porridge. These pills are so much more convenient, you don't have to soak and blend - you can just take these with some water and you're good to go. I love how convenient it is. They are really easy to swallow and don't have an unpleasant aftertaste. They also don't disintegrate quickly which is good. Comes in a resealable bag with 60 capsules.

High 1200mg dose, 60 capsules which is a 1 month supply of medium sized capsules. Easy enough to swallow with water, full of good ingredients for gut and digestive health and vegan friendly, they are pretty good value for money considering the high strength.

These are very good tablets that are fairly easy to swallow given their size. They are completely natural and only contain what they say on the packet too, no fillers or bulking agents. They also are 2 a day which gives a real good iodine and wellness boost. Not bad value for money either.
