Decent saw for the price
This is a decent tool for the price and so handy to have in the workshop. Fairly easy to set up, took me an hour or so of fiddling to get it just right but overall I’m really pleased with it. Cuts nicely and is light enough to live around but steady enough for use.

Totally unreliable product.
Incredibly bad instruction manual. Minute text size .. had to copy at A4 to read it. Mounting the plate was unnecessarily complicated. None of the allan keys fitted the machine. And worse of all it wouldnt start.. suspect on/off switch.

Total piece of junk
What’s total piece of junk. Bought for my husband as a Christmas present, he’s only just got around to putting it together (good luck as the instructions are appalling). Just stopped working after a few cuts. Can’t restart it. How do I get a refund?

Nice bandsaw
Bandsaw is good. Construction solid. Blade tracks well. Packaging a little lite. Instructions give a general indication for assembly. Customer service communicates well and are responsive.
